Most computer software training programs focus on teaching the functional features of the software. Students completing these programs come away with little knowledge of how to use the software to do what they need to. At Micro Systems International, our training programs emphasize software use. We train students with a basic understanding of how to apply the functional features of the programs to their business problems.
Our trainers are experienced practitioners who actually use the packages they teach in our courses. The approach is interactive rather than "information giving", allowing students the opportunity to develop practical skills based on their specific needs.

Micro Systems classes are offered to students sharing common application interests. For example, a WordPerfect class may be offered to a group of legal secretaries with a focus on producing legal documents. An Excel97 class may be offered to a group of bankers and accountants who share common financial analysis interests. Not only is learning enhanced by our approach to teaching, the students can learn from each other in ways that address their specific needs and interests.
